Holly provides strategic fundraising, communications, and advocacy direction to the firm’s corporate and non-profit clients.  She has worked with well over 100 organizations to increase the visibility of their government relations efforts internally and externally.  She began her career working in the House of Representatives for Congressman Charles Taylor (R-NC) and Congressman Doc Hastings (R-WA).

Steve Pruitt, Senior Partner, Watts Partners
As a respected Washington Democratic strategist, Steve has held senior positions in some of the nation’s leading civic and professional associations, including the United Negro College Fund and the AFL-CIO. Steve served as staff director of the Budget Committee for the U.S. House of Representatives. Steve works with corporate and non-profit organizations, as well as cities and other municipalities, on major policy, financial and business growth objectives. 

Angela Sailor, Partner. Watts Partners
Prior to joining Watts Partners, Angela served as Deputy Chief of Staff to the U.S. Secretary of Education and was responsible for strategic planning and policy implementation.  Additionally, Angela served as Associate Director of the White House Office of Public Liaison, where she was responsible for building coalitions through Presidential policy initiatives and strategic planning. 

Doug Thomas, Partner, Watts Partners
Doug has a strong background in public policy and business, and also served as an Officer in the U.S. Army.  Additionally, he served as staff director to the Small Business Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives and chief of staff for U.S. Congressman Don Manzullo of Illinois.

Pamela manages publicity and press for J.C. Watts, Jr.  Prior to joining the Watts Partners, Pamela was Press Secretary for Outreach Communications at the Republican National Committee.
